For two days now, I've had migraine.  The weather has changed to a lovely hot, still, summer's day, however this plays havoc with my sinus as the pressure has become very high in a short time.  The pain provides an opportunity to develop practice as Sharon suggests in her book 'The Power of Meditation' : (p.99)

Mindfulness, recognizing how my mind is thinking, has been a very important part of getting rid of my former tendency toward depression. Great article!
