Bodhisattva Garden

Anxieties surface, worries take hold                                                                                  in the well-prepared ground of dominatrix ego

Gloating, snide, shoring up barricades to knowing the Perfection of Being               thriving as the seeds of fear dig in, rooting deep

BUT

Newly planted trees give gratitude to the on-going, long-going rain                               and parakeet belts out song, hidden in my heart

Reminders that dancing with the Bodhisattvas is the garden of my soul,                          ancient planting willing to sprout in the poorest of soil

AND

With the young trees growing                                                                                            in the on-going rain, long-going barriers fall                                                                      A psychic pas de deux with the Buddha-me                                                                   that dares to bloom
