"Meditating is so good for you! This year I decided to do a 365 day meditation challenge but I find it quite hard! It sounds relatively easy to just sit and breathe for 10 or 15 minutes a day but for some strange reason my mind comes up with too many excuses. I find this article very helpful and I know that especially when it's challenging we should definitely keep going.
